As hegemonic competition intensifies, South Korea faces the urgent task of establishing a new diplomatic blueprint.
Session 1 focuses on the "diplomatic self-reliance" strategies Korea must adopt amidst a volatile international landscape.
In an environment where traditional alliance cohesion is weakening, we will analyze South Korea’s strategic positioning and policy options regarding major neighbors—including the U.S., China, and Japan—through the multifaceted lenses of diplomacy, military security, and geoeconomics.
